Accountant (Systems)

Reports to IHS Headquarters. The official duty station is Rockville, Maryland. However, an alternate duty station may be negotiated if it is closer to another Indian Health Service Area Office or field location, subject to agency approval. Incumbent prepares spending plans and apportionments; issues allotments to the Areas; prepares management reports; performs reconciliations; & responds to data calls. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
