By accessing or using iLove-Accounting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.

iLove-Accounting.com is an AI-powered accounting learning platform that provides practice problems, courses, financial analysis exercises, and educational feedback. The service is designed for students, educators, and professionals learning accounting. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or financial advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account. Each subscription is licensed for individual use only — one person per account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We offer four plans (prices in USD):

All paid plans renew automatically each month. You will be billed in USD via Stripe on the same date each month.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date each month. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failed payments will result in a brief grace period before access is suspended.

7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. No questions asked. Contact contact@ilove-accounting.com with the subject "Refund Request" within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, subscription charges are non-refundable. However, you will continue to have access to all plan features until the end of your current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. To cancel, go to your Profile → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or contact us at contact@ilove-accounting.com. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

All content on iLove-Accounting.com — including AI-generated practice problems, course materials, explanations, designs, and branding — is owned by iLove-Accounting.com and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Your personal learning progress data belongs to you.

You may not use iLove-Accounting.com to:

• Share account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage any course content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI problem generation system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Use the platform for commercial tutoring services without written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

iLove-Accounting.com is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. We make no guarantee that practice problems are error-free. Do not make professional or financial decisions based solely on content learned through our platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
