Nature of Work Under general supervision and at the full performance level, pursues the collection of delinquent taxes owed to the State of West Virginia by communicating with taxpayers and/or their representatives in person, by phone, and by mail. Promotes voluntary compliance with state tax laws and educates the taxpayers on the WV State Code.
