Vice President, Compensation Accounting

Job Description Reporting to the Managing Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Compensation Accountant will be responsible for the financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting over new and existing compensation plans (e.g., annual discretionary bonus, restricted unit plan, phantom restricted unit plan, carried interest plan, and other incentive plans).
